Premier America Credit Union gives you a break with a $25 credit in your checking account.
Members may refer a friend, co-worker or family member to Premier America. After signing up for eStatements and a checking account is opened the referring member earns $25!
OFFICIAL RULES
Referring members earn $25 when a new member signs up for eStatements and opens a checking account which remains open for at least 3 months. New members and accounts are subject to approval process. If within 90 days the checking account is closed Premier America reserves the right to cancel the pending $25 incentive due to the referrer. (Existing members who open checking accounts are not eligible). Refer a Friend promotion cannot be combined with any other offers. $25 incentive will be reported as dividend income.
An initial deposit into a share savings account ($5 for consumers and $250 for businesses) is required to join. Premier America associates are eligible for this offer. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw these products or certain features thereof without prior notification. We reserve the right to disqualify any referral in circumstances where we reasonably believe they are not sent to use in good faith. Other restrictions may apply.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of California and Texas who are 16 years of age or older.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, participants agree:
a) Bound by these Official Rules;
b) Decisions of Premier America are final on all matters relating to this promotion;
c) Grant Premier America the right to publish their proper name, likeness, city and state in any media except as prohibited by law.
d) By accepting the $25 credit, the recipient agrees to release and hold harmless all representatives of Premier America and any agencies from all liability for any injuries, loss of any kind to person or property, arising from participation in activity.
TAXES
Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the account holder.
