iPad Mini Promotion Official Rules
Effective January 7 through March 31, 2013
Enroll in eStatements & Earn a Chance to Win an iPad Mini!
Sponsored by Premier America Credit Union. Premier America’s business address is 19867 Prairie Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
Two (2) iPad Minis (no substitutions) will be awarded. The winners will be randomly selected the week of April 8, 2013. The winners will be notified by Premier America. The winners need not be present to win and will be notified by phone, email and/or mail. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, then such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Premier America does not have an estimate of the number of entries it will receive.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, enroll in eStatements during the promotion period. All membership requirements must be met.
If you desire to enter other than through enrolling in eStatements, fill out the form below and deliver it to the address provided. All entries must be properly completed, legible and postmarked by April 1, 2013. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Neither Premier America nor its employees shall be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Premier America’s Privacy Policy.
Limited to one entry per member. Premier America employees, officials and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to members who are age 18 or older.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, participants agree to the following:
| a) | Bound by these Official Rules; |
| b) | Decisions of Premier America are final on all matters relating to this promotion; |
| c) | Grant Premier America the right to publish their proper name, likeness, city and state in any media except as prohibited by law, without compensation. |
| d) | By accepting the iPad Mini, the recipient agrees to release and hold harmless all representatives of Premier America and any agencies from all liability for any injuries, loss of any kind to person or property arising from participation in activity. |

TAXES
Premier America will report all prizes to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the account holder.
