Position Duties Qualifications

Member Service Rep
1 position (P/T) - Thousand Oaks

1 position (P/T) - Warner Center

Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.  Respond to member inquiries with prompt and professional service using service standards guidelines.  Identify sales and referral prospects by uncovering financial needs.  Perform basic teller functions and ensure regulatory requirements are followed.  Responsible for completing and balancing each day's transactions and verify cash totals.  Perform specific assigned tasks and assist other tellers with a variety of duties as required.  As needed may assist with new teller training.  May also function as dual custodian of Vault and ATM.  May provide back up to the Operations Supervisor. 

Cross-sell products and services and participate in marketing promotions to meet individual goals and assist the branch in achieving sales goal growth, and increases in market share and branch profitability. 

Cash handling and member contact experience required.  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed.  Spanish speaking a plus.

TSC Member Service Rep 2 positions (F/T) - Chatsworth

Provide efficient, courteous and accurate member service for all member telephone inquiries. Process requests for share withdrawals, transfers, and loan add-ons. Assist members with questions, disputes, and misapplied payments. Cross-market PACU products and services; provide members with general PACU information including forms, loan applications and brochures. (Saturday hours required) Excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of PACU products and services and tele-marketing experience preferred. PC and Internet experience preferred. Knowledge of loan policies, Federal Regulations, Right to Privacy and Truth in Lending Laws also preferred.

Computer Operator 
1 Position (P/T)
Systems & Technology  - Chatsworth

Monitor all system applications/programs/servers; run/manage/schedule various jobs; develop new and maintain/update existing departmental procedures; manage report/document storage; perform and complete daily system back-ups; monitor all computer operations' equipment within the computer and communications room to ensure efficient operation; monitor supply inventory.  Troubleshoot hardware, software and network communication problems both in-house and off-site locations

Knowledge of computer operations (hardware/software) required. Strong attention to detail, proven accuracy, PC knowledge and prioritization of daily responsibilities strongly desired. Ability to work with minimum supervision, advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills preferred.

Work Schedules:  
Friday - Tuesday, 5 am - 2 pm
Friday - Tuesday, 9 pm - 6 am

Financial Advisor - Houston
  • Responsible for direct sales of securities and insurance products.
  • Responsibilities include attainment of sales goals, account service, operations, compliance with FINRA regulations and internal guidelines.
  •  Maintain and strengthen the account relationship by contacting each client not less than once each year.
  • Attend to the administrative and transaction needs associated with clients.
     
  • Appropriate licenses must remain in active status. FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63/65 plus Life License; Texas State Life Insurance License.
  • Must possess sales skills which are demonstrated by the attainment of sales goals.
  • Must have the training, experience and skill to define a client's investment objectives and risk tolerance, and match appropriate products to that individual's investment needs.
  •  Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals & groups and strong public speaking skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience
