Responsible for responding to changing needs of the branch by performing sales and service tasks for customers as well as performing teller transactions as needed to help manage lobby traffic and reduce customer wait time. Perform senior teller transactions accurately and efficiently while following Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for completing and balancing each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals. Fulfill the Financial Service Representative role as needed to cover changing customer demand or scheduling issues. Perform tasks such as opening deposit accounts, taking loan applications, handling customer service requests, etc. Complete FSR functions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Respond and resolve customer inquiries with prompt and professional service. Put into action our customer service standards by delivering excellent service. Support the manager in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and service targets. Provide as directed "Lead from the Lobby," support by greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate areas of the branch, and ensuring that the customers’ needs are met. Performs specific assigned tasks and assists other sales associates as needed.

Thorough knowledge of PACU operations, policies and procedures. Knowledge of new accounts, loans and experience in Branch Operations. Knowledge and experience in effective cross-selling products and services. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed.
