  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities affiliated with the Investment Services Division, including fixed insurance products (Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Fixed Annuities).

Premier America is seeking a Marketing Acquisition Specialist with real-world experience managing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive new customer growth. The ideal candidate must be organized, accountable and obsessive about detail and delivering superlative work.  
 
  • Execute and manage integrated marketing programs that target non-customers for acquisition, with heavy emphasis on digital best practices.
  • Lead or partner with cross-functional teams on all program execution.
  • Work with creative agency and internal stakeholders to develop acquisition assets including design options and leading feedback/approval process.
  • Analyze data across multiple dimensions to determine appropriate test and learn strategies including list section, segments, offers, products, messaging, creative, etc.
  • Align with and promote brand standards across customer marketing and other customer communications.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience executing integrated marketing campaigns. Financial services experience a big plus.
    • Must have demonstrated experience with multi-channel marketing techniques including email, online advertising, including retargeting, social marketing/publishing, SEO/SEM, content generation, direct mail, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Brand, Marketing and Direct Marketing process and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and/or compare program results, market research, trends, and competitive data to identify key learnings to that drive program optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills, plus strong Excel skills.
