Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services, including but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, reviewing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation, completing payroll deduction and authorization forms. Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services. Perform a variety of account maintenance.
Position Duties Qualifications
Member Service Rep (P/T) - Warner Center -
2 positions

Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.  Respond to member inquiries with prompt and professional service using service standards guidelines.  Identify sales and referral prospects by uncovering financial needs.  Perform basic teller functions and ensure regulatory requirements are followed.  Responsible for completing and balancing each day's transactions and verify cash totals.  Perform specific assigned tasks and assist other tellers with a variety of duties as required.  As needed may assist with new teller training.  May also function as dual custodian of Vault and ATM.  May provide back up to the Operations Supervisor. 

Cross-sell products and services and participate in marketing promotions to meet individual goals and assist the branch in achieving sales goal growth, and increases in market share and branch profitability. 

Cash handling and member contact experience required.  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed. 
Financial Service Specialist - Chatsworth Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services, including but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, reviewing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation, completing payroll deduction and authorization forms. Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services. Perform a variety of account maintenance. Assist in training and coordinating the workflow of the membership staff. Identify member needs and cross sell products and services. Thorough knowledge of PACU  operations, policies and procedures. Knowledge of new accounts, loans and experience in Branch Operations. Knowledge and experience in effective cross-selling products and services. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed. Should have knowledge in current financial trends and events.
Administrative Assistant - Chatsworth

Perform a variety of complex administrative duties for Member Services.  Prepare and review branch budgets; manage expenses for division and branches; represent branches and administration in meetings; develop and implement  branch policies and procedures; prepare and distribute all audit responses; serve as liaison with branches in establishing and implementing service policies and standards; respond to member complaints, branch and departmental questions and interpret policy.  Large item and wire approval. 

Additionally, responsible for pulling data from various internal networks and build spreadsheets and reports; analytical skills to review reports i.e. sales, service and budget reports and have understanding to identify trends and forecasts; and review and assist with managing branches time card reporting (ezLabor).  Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Extensive branch operations  experience. Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).  Requires strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
Branch Manager - Houston Manage all aspects of a full service branch. Responsible for service quality, personnel management, training, deposit gathering, operations, security and consumer loan originations. Develop and implement a branch marketing plan with strategies to obtain objectives and successfully market the Credit Union's products and services. Implement all security procedures and maintain branch operations. Direct branch business development. Advanced knowledge of deposit and loan financial products/services. Management/supervisory, business development and marketing experience required. Advanced verbal/written communications, public speaking, interpersonal and organizational skills.
