Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services, including but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, reviewing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation, completing payroll deduction and authorization forms. Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services. Perform a variety of account maintenance.

| Service Rep I (P/T) -TOP - Chatsworth | Provide quality service to members of the Credit Union. Responsible for maintenance, processing transactions, inquiries and/or concerns by mail, email or phone. Strict adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures and regulatory compliances as it relates to all duties assigned. . Process loan payments and comply with all required reporting. Review, file and/or process transactions as necessary on various reports. Log, audit required paperwork for completeness and accuracy. | Ability to maintain accurate records and documents. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed. |
| Member Service Rep (P/T) - Warner Center - 2 positions |
Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Respond to member inquiries with prompt and professional service using service standards guidelines. Identify sales and referral prospects by uncovering financial needs. Perform basic teller functions and ensure regulatory requirements are followed. Responsible for completing and balancing each day's transactions and verify cash totals. Perform specific assigned tasks and assist other tellers with a variety of duties as required. As needed may assist with new teller training. May also function as dual custodian of Vault and ATM. May provide back up to the Operations Supervisor. Cross-sell products and services and participate in marketing promotions to meet individual goals and assist the branch in achieving sales goal growth, and increases in market share and branch profitability. |
Cash handling and member contact experience required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed. |
| Collector I/II Chatsworth | Collect assigned delinquent loans, and maintain consistent collection follow-up on accounts. Interface with members directly and by telephone, skiptrace, offer due date changes and other tools to cure delinquency. Candidate must document efforts on the collection system, meet goals (individual and department) set by management, work a minimum of 60 - 75 accounts on average and comply with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Credit Union Regulatory. | Collector I: Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, dependable, teamplayer who is open to a fast pace call center environment. Knowledge of collection policies (FDCPA), bankruptcy laws and previous collection experience strongly desired. Prior public contact servicing, and working knowledge of government regulations affecting the financial industry required. Ability to maintain accurate records and documents. Knowledge of Premier America Credit Union products and services preferred but not required. Collector II: In addition to the above qualifications, may perform specialty collection efforts in areas such as Bankruptcy, Litigation, and/or Repossessions. |
| Financial Service Specialist - Chatsworth | Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services, including but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, reviewing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation, completing payroll deduction and authorization forms. Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services. Perform a variety of account maintenance. Assist in training and coordinating the workflow of the membership staff. Identify member needs and cross sell products and services. | Thorough knowledge of PACU operations, policies and procedures. Knowledge of new accounts, loans and experience in Branch Operations. Knowledge and experience in effective cross-selling products and services. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed. Should have knowledge in current financial trends and events. |
| IT Ops Supervisor - Chatsworth | Ensures the security of the Credit Union's computer data system. Coordinates with management to establish and implement systems and technology operating goals, objectives and budgets. Responsible for workflow coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of all computer operation's systems and related applications. Also, responsible for staff training, work scheduling, and ensures all aspects of computer operations policies and procedures are adhered to. Supports the efforts of the programming department relative to computer systems software. | Basic computer networking skills required. Proven time management and organizational skills required. Advanced written/verbal skills required. Minimum of three years in System and Technology operations. Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity required. Knowledge of Miser computer system preferred. |
