| Member Service Rep P/T (2 positions) - Warner Center | Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Respond to member inquiries with prompt and professional service using service standards guidelines. Identify sales and referral prospects by uncovering financial needs. Perform basic teller functions and ensure regulatory requirements are followed. Responsible for completing and balancing each day’s transactions and verify cash totals. Perform specific assigned tasks and assist other tellers with a variety of duties as required. As needed may assist with new teller training. May also function as dual custodian of Vault and ATM. May provide back up to the Operations Supervisor. Cross-sell products and services and participate in marketing promotions to meet individual goals and assist the branch in achieving sales goal growth, and increases in market share and branch profitability. |
Cash handling and member contact experience required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed needed. Spanish speaking a plus.

broad variety of member services, including but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, reviewing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation, completing payroll deduction and authorization forms. Answer member questions regarding
Credit Union services. Perform a variety of account maintenance. Assist in training and coordinating the workflow of the membership staff. Identify member needs and cross sell products and services.

| PC Network Specialist, System & Technology - Chatsworth |
Responsible for providing technical support to personal computer users and performing technical system/network duties including configuration, installation and troubleshooting of PCs, Servers, and other Network Hardware. This also includes performing setup and installation of network and application software and duties related to administration of users such as setting up new users and establishing network access for them. Provide technical network support by analyzing and resolving problems, supplying information concerning system use, performing system installation and maintenance functions and coordinating solutions with staff and vendors. Notify manager of significant problems and recurring errors in operating systems.

Excellent strong analytical, written, verbal, troubleshooting, and technical skills. A minimum of 2 years related experience required. Knowledge with VMWare, SAN, Firewalls, DNS and DHCP, Networking and Juniper IOS experience strongly preferred.

| Member Operations Manager - Chatsworth |
Directly and thorough subordinates responsible for the overall operations of the Member Operations Department. Administer all personnel policies and procedures. Monitor the daily workflow of the department, ensuring that daily operations are completed efficiently. Provide training to staff on operational and government regulatory issues. Maintain the operating losses to minimal and audit to satisfactory or better. Ensure that staff members provide quality service for internal and external members. Support and reinforce productivity and cooperation within and between branches/departments. Review and streamline the departmental operating functions and procedures; Review and update the existing PACU Policy and Procedures. Ensure Credit Union is in compliance with all government regulatory requirements in IRAs, CDs, Living Trust and Deceased Accounts, Levies and Subpoenas, Large Currency Transaction Report (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) and Dormant and Escheat Accounts; all ATM card/PIN requests are processed efficiently; all ATM fraud/dispute cases are handled in accordance of Reg E; daily posting of mail transactions are posted promptly and efficiently. Provide information, research and/or documents as requested by PACU branches, other departments and shared branches.

Manager of Member Operations functions are efficiently, effectively and accurately performed accordance with established policies and procedures. Excellent problem solving skills to resolve internal/external member related issues. Excellent business relations exist with internal/ external members. Members' problems or questions are courteously and promptly resolved. Excellent working relationships and coordination exist with area personnel and with management.
